Casa Yves

The largest of our Tiny Houses with 38 m2 of indoor space. This house has a larger kitchen, two raised bar tables for sitting and working. This kitchen is equipped with large refrigerator, oven and various kitchen appliances. In the split level bathroom there are shower and toilet. The house offers a king size bed and a reclining sofa. In the small office area there is an older iMac (27") installed, which can also be used for surfing or internet TV. All our houses have good wifi network connection (30 Mbit). Around Casa Yves there are numerous seating options. On the large terrace there is a long dining table, two sofa beds and a comfortable "round" hammock. Behind the house, there is also a small shady terrace where you can sit and relax. From the terrace of the main house, where Casa Isabell and Casa Yves are located, you have a beautiful view of the tropical garden and the Laguna de Apoyo. On special occasions or when companies book our facility, the space between the two houses Casa Isabell and Casa Yves turns into a private cinema center or meeting room with projector. Then we re-function our Nica.live furniture showroom into a spacious rooftop living space where you can chill, work productively or even do yoga.
